Free Quote Terms and Conditions

General

A Guy Contracting offers free quotes subject to the terms outlined below. By requesting a quote or service you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

Free Quotes

Quotes are provided at no cost only when the quoted work proceeds and is contracted with A Guy Contracting.

If the quoted work does not proceed, or if the client chooses not to move forward with A Guy Contracting, a quote or assessment fee may apply.

When the job proceeds, the quote fee will be deducted from the total cost of the approved project or from the total of the first service or maintenance visit.

Camera Inspection Calls

Camera inspection calls are billed at $375.

If the client proceeds with the recommended work through A Guy Contracting, $140 will be credited back and deducted from the total job cost.

If no work is approved or completed, the full camera inspection fee remains payable.

Service and Maintenance Work

For service or maintenance based work, any applicable quote or assessment fee will be deducted from the total of the first completed service when the work proceeds.

Scope and Validity

All quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if site conditions differ or additional work is required.

Quotes are valid for a limited time and may expire if not accepted within the stated period.

Acceptance

Proceeding with work, approving a quote, or booking a service confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
